Classes to get fit & healthy

There are now 4 classes which anyone of any fitness level is more than welcome to join. All classes are a mixture of Boot Camp, Boxing & Kick Boxing.

Experience is not needed. All you need to do is turn up & have fun getting fit.

9.30 – 10.30am every Saturday morning

7.15 – 8.00am every Tuesday &  Thursday mornings.

6 – 7pm every Wednesday night.

Again it doesn’t matter how fit you are or aren’t, just rock on up as your session caters for all your needs & wants. If you are super fit & want to smash out your session…come along, however if you just want to cruise along & do some light exercise…come along. EVERYONE is catered for!


$15 for a casual visit
